Help!

I have a 1995 Mustang GT Convertible 5.0. The windshield wipers do not work. I have replaced the windwhield motor, switch on the column, checked the fuse, and module F2UB-14A624-FA.
Still has no power to the wipers.

Any ideas that could solve this problem?

Do you have power to the fuse?
is there anything else on that circuit and does it work?
