A lot of the time, they use a sniffer WB sensor they attach at the end of
the tail pipe.

It just provides info when you do each pull and really has nothing to do
with any kind of timed parameter that I know about.

I don't think you can get any kind of datalog unless you had some
kind of equipment that you could turn on before each pull.

A personal preference of mine is I DON'T want to see a pull
done with a STD calibration.

I like SAE as it has been used for quite a long time now and it is supposed
to be a more fair way to compare your results to others that were
done at different altitudes, ambient temperatures, and the like

Well ... that is if the other combo was done with a SAE cal as well

In the past ... I've seen some say they would load your pulls on a
floppy disk ... but these days ... they might want a thumb drive.

You can very easily build yourself a file in Excel if you get them to
include numerical values of your results.

If they burn their own chips and are not very familiar with 94/95 pcm i was hoping to get some sort of datalog to give to say lasota for some good tunes when the time is right.I was thinking of skipping purchasing a wideband and that they would be able to give me using something they were monotiring

I'm kinda confused at what your intentions are here

If you want to have someone else do the tuning, I don't see all that much of
a need for you to have a wb.

Typically, data you see from a file on a laptop, it was generated by
equipment owned by you.

Yes ... you can get a limited amount of data from the pull like ....

rw hp&tq at various rpm points in graphical and numerical formats
air to fuel ratio at those points
and a few other things

but

Not as much info like if you had a Tweecer, Sneec, or similar equipment
specifically designed to collect hard data

As for Don or his Son

They are quite familiar with the workings of a 94-95 pcm
so
I'd not think they would need anything like you speak of to tune your Stang
