Hesistation is back!

Ok, I just got a full tune up, including wires, plugs, flush, filter, pv, the whole nine yards. The hesistations went away, but a week later its back. It feels like it pauses slightly when I'm reving in the higher rpm's about to switch gears, especially in 1st, 2nd, and thrid. I use mid grade gas, and I don't have any mods besides a CAI. What could it be? My battery is weak, and I read about how a battery can acause a hesitation in higher rpms, so I going to replace it and see what happens. Only other thing I can think of is the coils. No check engine light is coming on. Does any1 have any idea of what it could be?

Did you ever put the factory air tube back on and filter? MAC works fine on some cars and have strange effects on others.

+2 For a fuel flow. My 04 was acting really strange sometimes. Only had 5,000 miles on it, but it sat at the dealership for 1 year so I went and bought a purolator fuel filter and the disconnect tool for like 10 bucks. No problems ever since. After the install let it idle for a few minutes because it will miss and carry on for a minute or two until your lines get all the air out and your fuel filter catches up. Dont do it if you got to go somewhere important because you will smell like a gas can for the rest of the day. Takes a good 8 hours for your arm to air out.
