I know this is petty stuff to most of you hard core guys, but it's one step at a time for me :) and this one was a good one. I went with the cheaper mechanical Jeg's gauges. They come with chrome bezels and two sets of bezel "covers", brushed aluminum and black. I went with the black.

I'll try to clean the inside up this weekend, I know it looks bad, but so far this week I've replaced the back "shelf" with a new one, and installed a electric fan controller. So the old girl is starting to look like something now, got about 500 in it so far.

Looks good!

Interesting place for the gauges. I've already got a triple A Pillar set and was thinking of putting a couple in the slot under the radio. I wasn't sure if they'd be too low to see though.

Thanks :)

I've heard/read about some issues with seeing the gauges below the radio, especially in 3rd or 5th, but I don't have any personal experience. My coupe has no A/C, so the vent position was a no-brainer :D

Nicely done. :nice:

The gauges under the radio are ok for me. Using bezels to angle them further over would help. Driver position, height and shifter handle probably all play into it.
