update: fixed the idle yesterday afternoon
long story short- if you do the accelerator slack removal mod with a 1 inch nylon spacer and u buy a bbk tb(idk about other brands), but trim your spacer down about 1/4 of an inch. i didnt realize that my cable was being pulled just the tinist bit to raise my idle rpms and that was the prob. the new tb took up juuuust a bit more cable and since i had no slack in it, it could do nothing but pull the butterfly plate to probably, less than 2mm open. trimmed spacer, and i was idleing at 800! soooo happy. lol..i was tho after all the crap i went through to find out it was only that. anyways, the power is really noticible and the response is great. thanks to svt and everyone who helped me stay with it
