high oil pressure/how to ajust oil pump pressure relief valve

hey guys my car seems to run and sound fine but after an oil change the oil pressure has gone up. I have an autometer mechanical gauge and when the car is warmed up it is 60psi idle, 70psi driving, before it would idle at 40psi and cruise at 50psi and max at 60psi. Now i have tried three different filters different oil amounts and i have used 10w30 and 10w40 oil and nothing changes. I replaced the pcv valve that didnt do it. I would like to ajust the oil pressure relief valve but i dont know how. Can someone explain how to ajust this on a mellings high volume oil pump. Thanks Keep in mind absolutely nothing has changed on the car aside from the oil and filter, so i hope the relief spring is the problem even though i cant see how it would stop working in a matter of minutes
