Gotta give a little back...
You guys have help me through a 5 speed swap, heater core replacement, headlight help, tuning help and many other items that have made my 91 vert into a nicer ride.
Having just replaced the hinge pins I have a few tips that may help.
1. Buy a carbide burr cutter. Hacksaw blade sucks!
2. Cut the bottom pin out UNDER the roller as the curve of the door will prevent a longer pin from coming out. Hammer the top part out the top..bottom part out the bottom.
3. Crowbar and a hammer make an excellent way to reach into the hinge to hammer out said pins.
4. You cannot do just one hinge..plan on both upper and lower at the same time.
5. 10 minutes of a friends help to hold the door beats 45 minutes of brilliant engineering.
6.A dab of heavy axle grease is sufficient.

This helped a lot!
Thanks
Bruce
