You will like the B&M. I loved mine, I got rid of it because it was old and started getting play in it, and went with an MGW....but the B&M's are great too.

Loving my MGW. Since I have the seat track extensions(I'm 6'5) it lets me rotate the handle back towards me and I can still reach it.

You'll love ANY aftermarket shifter compared to stock. I fooled around for a couple years with the stock base and different length homemade handles. Once I got a complete aftermarket shifter set-up, I was hooked. Several shifters and combo's later, I've finally settled on a Tri-Ax base with a blue MGW adjustable handle. Good man "notchback" for hooking a fellow stanger up. He'll love ya for it.
