It's from an older mustang, like '79 and early 80's

They came on the older capris too. I had one on my stang before I got my stormin normin hood. I still have it if you are interested. It has some stress cracks, but could easily be repaired since it is fiberglass. $25 plus shipping and its yours. Let me know.

I wanted a scoop like this when I have my '84.
I guess I could still do it on my '89, but it wouldnt be functional, just for show. Looks wicked though.

the scoop on that maroon car isn't the 82 GT scoop. It's too narrow. It looks like the one from the current GTs. I have the one from the 82s and it's much wider and has sharper angles. Take a look at the link in my sig, second page has pics. I think it looks awesome on a fox myself. Very aggressive. And as far as that black car above me, I hope that is a joke...I shudder to think someone would really put that on such a nice car.

Hmmm, well everyone is different I guess. I just think the hood is cool on a carbed car. Now that I look at it though, that view seems to be the only good view. It might look kinda wierd from the sides.

Well, I just thought it was a neat lookin car, the wheels kinda suck though.

Functional? Yes. Attractive? No. It's like banging Anna Nichole Smith. Sure it gets you laid, but would you really want to? If it was a room required situation, I'd rather see two big chrome air cleaners sticking up out of the hood like those little "muscle machines" toys than that cheese grader. At least dual air cleaners would looks muscle car, not ricey. But that's just me.

I had another pic of the engine bay, but dont anymore. Its a chromed out show car, but from what I remember it was a wlild build up. A stroked out 351 I think, but Ive had this pic for years. It was for sale along time ago for like $15K.

Shouldn't be much at all, the scoop doesnt weigh hardly anything. Maybe like 5 bucks, If you are interested I will pack it up and get you a total tommorrow.

that's a really good price on the scoop. I got mine for the same from my friend's junk yard, but they go for 50+ on Ebay. Do it right and it can look badass on your car. Good luck.
