Paint and Body How can I paint this antenna base?

I repainted the rest of my antenna bezel but when I put it all together this little base I didn’t paint sticks out like a sore thumb. Any idea how I can paint this and what prep I should do? Its feels like a soft plastic or rubbery material. Can I just scuff it and spray it?

Clean it with rubbing alcohol, scuff it with 600 gritt or scotch bright, clean it again with alcohol, spray with adhesion promotor, then finish with SEM trim black or whichever top coat you chose.

Now that I’m looking at it the Daniel carpenter replacement base I got is a different shade of black from the rest of my trim black, it’s way too glossy. Lmr says it’s powder coated… can I just scuff it and spray it?
