How can you make a basically stock block handle more than the 450HP mark?

thats funny i agree with teh girdle thing but what if you are only spinning a 306 to say 7000 i thnk the girdle might keep stuff alined better .where as you are not makeing more than 450 hp but the rpm is enough to hurt stuff without the added support
