to answer your question...yes. I talked to him about a custom cam for my turbo 331 dart block build up and after about 24 hours he had the specs for the cam and suggestions for the rest of the valve spring package needed.
On a seperate note, i don't think he gives out his specs for the custom cams until you purchase or put a down payment on one. FYI basically what i'm saying is don't ask for the specs, and if he gives them to you in good faith don't take them somewhere else and get it for cheaper after he/she, or any custom cam grinder for that matter, has done all the foot work.
Well i can't tell you that because i dont' know what heads and what not you have, not to mention the lift and the power band from the cam. But yes he will be able to tell you what rockers to use.
