How do I do this!?!

Sorry, for sounding like a noob but im learning. I have a 1989 5.0 Notchback. The person that sold me the car told me that he had retarded the timing on the car for whatever reason. He said I'd need to advance it again. I know it needs to be set at 10*. My Q is, How do i advance it? Is there a small screw or something I need to adjust? If there is, where is it located? Here is a write up on setting timing. Stang 22 also has a very nice write up on his personal website, but I cant find the linkie right now (and I have a hard time finding it on his site if I dont have the link). It is worth it just to see his car if you have a few minutes though!
