I am putting a 91 5.0 into a 68 and I would like to be able to get error/problem codes out of the computer. Does anyone make a read-out unit for my application? If so... Also, is there anything I can get from the donor car to aid in my efforts? Thanks for the help!!!

If you are using the stock wiring from the donor, there should be a connector over by the master cylinder in the 91 that is shaped kind of like a house, rectangular with two sloping sides like a roof. That is the test connector. There should be a single wire connector close by it. You can use a jumper wire to the single wire to "start" the computer into transmitting the codes, and use a test light connected to another terminal and the battery to read the codes. Here are a few links to see what I'm talking about:

Hope this helps!
