Just what this says, car has 5 lug conversion done with Ranger axles for the rear and Lincoln Mark VII for the front end. Im on my second set of wheels which dont fit because of the rotor snout being too long that it pops my center cap out. Ive tried Bullets and now Drift wheels from LMR. I thought 95 Cobra Rs fit. Any idea of what I need to know to order a set of wheels that I can actually have a center cap on? I really don't want to convert to sn95 spindles.

Not much.

94-98 16" Waffle stars
94-95 17" tri-bars
REAL 1995 Cobra R's (not aftermarket)
94-97 Cobra wheels

That's it for factory wheels. Aftermarket are hit or miss. Sometimes all you need is a spacer to make the snout clear.
