I want to replace my 2010 GT's outside mirror glass with the 2011-12 version with the convex mirror piece. It appears that the 2010s use the same size & shape but without the convex piece.
Anyway, Ford Manual says to remove the glass by firmly pulling it straight out of the housing - has anybody actually done this or seen it done?
