I am new to stangnet, and I would like to say that I love the site. Now to my question......I purchased a 91 5.0 LX that was highly customized. The owner I purchased the car from wasn't the one to customize it, so he didn't even know which performance parts are on it.

From what I gather and what he told me, it has:
-SN93 Paxton Supercharger 7psi
-3.73 gears
-Edelbrock RPM upper and lower intake
-Complete exhaust, Headman Headers, Flowmaster Mufflers
-E303 cam
-Battery relocation

My first question, is how do I find out if the MAF and fuel injectors are stock or not?

Second question, what can I do to make it even faster?

Thanks for any help.

Welcome to :SNSign:

Take the maf off and measure it at it's most restrictive point on the inside. Stock mustangs came with a 55mm MAF and aftermarkets are usually 70mm - 80mm.

If it's supercharged, I can almost promise you it has a larger maf on it :nice:

What kind of heads you runnin? That's the next step

Thanks for the reply. I think the heads are stock, but I am not sure. I will try and take a look at them today. Are there many iron heads that fit on a 5.0, because I know they are iron not aluminum.

Also, how can I tell what size the injectors are? Is there any way?

Thanks

The injectors look orange:shrug: Is there a orange or is the yellow more of a orange? Also, I took the filter off and measured the MAF, the opening is 80mm but in the inside it goes smaller..........do you measure the smaller part then?

Thanks

After the 19 lb have been around for many years they get orangey colored.
