How do you remove old window tint from the back glass with defroster???

My girlfriends 02 GT came with some cheap VERY light window tint thats bubbling up, how do i remove it without using a razor on the defroster??? Will Goop work?

you could peel off as much tint by hand as you can and it'll probably leave the glue layer behind.

to remove the glue you could use amonia but the fumes are really bad. i read that you can use fabric cleaner and that eats away the glue and turns it almost into a liquid you just wipe off. or goo gone might work too

I used a razor to pull up the corners where my fingers couldn't fit, then i peeled it all off. Mine was easy and came right off. when i had some glue, i just used amonia, and it came right off.

I used a razor to get the corners started then used goo-gone to remove the glue. Additionally, you could try a tint shop to find out what they use or what they charge.
