How do you replace a convertible latch assembly??

The right side latch on my 1991 Vert broke. The handle still moves but it seperated from the J hook assembly.

I think I can repair the one I have but if not, it will need to be replaced.

I see a large allen head bolt in the frame, is that all that is holding the assembly in? If not, please tell me how to remove it.

I replaced mine a couple of years ago. I dont remember exactly how I did it but I can tell you I had a beer in my hand, my best friend who knows nothing about cars by my side. 3 half naked women, and it still took me less than 5 minutes . So I say just dive in man
