...messages on the first page that i saw here days ago, yet a message i posted a few hours ago is now on page 2 and one i posted yesterday is on page 3! I'm not complaining about my post being moved but i am a little confused about how the board works. Is it supposed to be last message first or does someone decide where the posts go?

So does that mean if i were to post a response to a message left 6 months ago it would go to the top? Seems a little odd, but thats fair enough.

This can be a good thing or a bad thing. This forum has a long history of good info, and using the search function and yield some very useful threads. Sometimes it's cool to see a good thread full of good info pop back up because it informs new folks that haven't read it and reminds old folks of things we occassionally forget. On the bad side, I've seen complete trash get dragged up again and again... but it usually sinks back down again pretty quick.

Use that search function and see what you find.

BTW, if you're concerned that your recent posts were overlooked, just post a reply to them with the standard "TTT" or "bump" text.

Check your preferences in "User CP" link at the top of the forum page under "Edit Options". You can set how many days/weeks to display.
