I'm guessing over 60k a year, or at least that's what I would ask for right off the bat. Am I over my head?

My buddy was just promoted to Manager at a BankAmerica.

40K per year. He is 22 years old.

I work at Bank of america as well, some manager make over 100k. You have a lot of goals but if you can hit them and go above, you get VERY nice bonuses though out the year.

Also 40k is damn good when you are only 22, just think how much more he will make as the years go by. And don't think the 40k includes his bonus.

I wish I had an interview. I'm asking cause my bank is one of the lowest paying banks there is. I had heard that my manager was making no more than 35k a yr. I still think it's BS but about 4 people have told me the same thing. She's been manager for about 5 years or so. I'm staying with this bank just because they have 7 day banking 9-6M-F, S 9-5, and Sun 12-5. I go to school so that works out great for me. My bank is known for their training programs so I plan to stay here until I graduate(if I don't get fired) and then move on to a higher paying bank.

IBC, like Paul stated above. It's a Texas and Oklahoma based bank. Kind of sucks to realize how much real life actually blows.
