how much for a complete 2.3t swap

Yeah it would probably cost more than the car is worth just to have a shop do the swap. You are in Florida maybe there are some members here or on turboford that would do it with you for a fraction of what it would cost for a shop to do it. It is something to look into at least.

i got my motor for 100 bucks did all the work myself and spent maybe another 100 on fluids and a rad hose and a k&n filter

look around for any wrecked turbo coupes , also try asking around on mustang chat rooms.....

the swap wasnt very hard at all

well the shop i work at charges 70 dollars an hour so ....according to mitchels to Remove and replace the mottor is a 16 hour job= 1120 labor get a nrew rebuilt motor for bout 1100 .... plus tax

comes to about 2375.5 plus that doesnt realyt factor in the computer work to switch over to the tc brain box

I think 2 people that have done it before and know what to do could do it in 3 hours or less.

1 hour engine out, 1 hour engine in, 1 hour for miscellaneous while the other guy spends 15 minutes doing the wiring harness.

Don't say it couldn't be done, it could, running, ready to go.

give your self a week straight just incase.
Myself I can do a full swap in one day... as long as I run into no problems and the other motor already has the needed equipment.
Even I seem to run into some sort of problem, no matter how much I prepare.
