How much fuel pressure?

here are the mods..
Intake
24 # inj...with mass air
70mm TB
trick flow street manifold
full exhaust
MSD 6al .060 spark gap
255 pump

with the vac line off i set it at about 45 then it goes down when i put it on...
any input would be great

thats alittle high.. set it to right around 40# with the vac off
