how much HP can u expect to get from heads and cam

how much HP can i expect to gain form doin head and cam on a 89 5.0 say trick flow twisted wedge heads and a .542 /.563 cam?

need more specs on the cam.. for a n/a 302 i'd keep it around 218-220 duration at .050 on a 112 or 114 ls and with them heads, an edelbrock performer intake, TB, MAF, and exhaust you could probably pick up 100-130 hp pretty easy. depending on cam selection and what computer you have, you may have to have it tuned for drivablility issues and maximum peformance.
