How much HP from stock bottom end?

I've seen a few guys running HCI plus blower or spray on stock bottom ends. Is this insane or pretty doable? Obviously it isn't ideal, I'm just wondering if this scenario usually ends in disaster.

The rotating assembly isn't the weak link in the stock parts. It's the block that fails after repeated abuse with high horsepower levels.

Most say around 450RWHP is the limit, but I'd back that off to 400 to be extra safe.

Its kind of luck of the draw, some people get blocks that last longer then others. Some will spilt even below 450 after awhile, and some will take 600 rwhp for years. There is a local guy putting down over 600 on a stock block with stock internals, h/c/i and a turbo says he's been running it for two years.
