okay guys , i'm trying to find out from all of your experiences where i'm gonna be at , with this set up.

my car is still stock , only mac CAI.
mods already ordered:
1- LT headers , o/r X pipe and weld in flowmaster 40 serier.
2- FRPP 3.73 , predator hand held with their performance tune.
3- Steeda U/D pullys, aluminum drive shaft.
4- VT stage I cams withought springs (not a must with stage I).
5- Accufab TB + Plenum.

all these parts are on the way

so how much HP should i be expecting if instal of all parts was successful ??

thank you. looking forward for all replies

Those parts will get you 20-30 HP.

Just curious, how do you plan on getting all that installed? Are you going to do it yourself? If not plan on spending at least as much as the parts cost to get them installed...

The exhuast alone should yield around 20rwhp.

The plenum & throttle body should be worth around 6-8rwhp.

The u/d pullies another 5-8rwhp

The performance tune, if you advance the ignition timing should pick up a bit more power. Probably around 5-10rwhp.

The cams will probably yield around 20-25rwhp.

In a total, you should pick up around 60rwhp, give or take 5rwhp.

I think you might want to get this thing dyno tuned with all those parts being added, especially cams. Just my suggestion.

you probably get about 60hp increase but overall you will get about 275- 285 rwhp depending on the tune

I pulled a 270 rwhp with LTs, o/r x-pipe, catback, cai, and 75mm tb and plenum.. I'd say you would hit around 280-290.

well regarding the tune. for the stage one cams , i will get their Tune along with parts so that should be enough, right?.and also when ordering the Predator hand held , i will list all my mods and ask them to send me a tune that will work all my mods. and then maybe order a wide band O2 to watch A/F ratio. will i be fine this way??

it's always better to have your car dyno tuned that way they can reprogram the chip or the parameters on the hand held tuner to have the A/F ratio set right and you wont have complications

www.rwtd.com, they can give you a mail order tune for the predator that will do wonders with your mods.

If you get a custom program with the Predator hand held tune for this setup, it should work fine. Have you thought about checking with SCT and seeing what they have ?

no, i havent checked SCT yet.but i'm really bad when it comes to tuning and chips and stuff. Okay My predator hand held is on the way , along with their stock performance tune.So i should Not use their performance tune? and ask for a tune for all my mods , or how does this work . If someone can explain this to me in boring long Details , i will be so thankful

you could go to their website they have some info on that from what i know is that you have to have the PC interface to download the tune from the PC to the predator

so the regular performance tune that usually comes with the predator when ordering, is pointless when installing these parts stated above?

so , basically your saying , that i should get a mail order tune for all the mods. And the performance tune that each predator already has when ordering wont do me any good. Correct?

yeah you have to get a differenttune because the perfomance tune that comes with the predator is for a near stock or stock mustang but for all those mods you have to get a mail order tune for all those mods since you can't get a dyno tune because if you where able to get one then you wouldn't need to get the mail order

Yes. I would agree with that.

Everytime you modify your car for more horsepower, your engine/car will repond differently. It's always a good idea to re-tune your car after every modification. IMO.
