Hey guys havent visited in a long long time. My only question is how much power can i pick up by porting/polishing the heads on my 02 gt along with any other motor work i can do while im in there while staying n/a?? Id also like to port the intake, and do a cam upgrade. Basically i want to know if i can get 340 at the wheels without a blower or nitrous?

340 is a big stretch i say will all the bolt ons stg 1 cams and P&P heads with LT's I say about 310-315 at the max N/A.

Hotmustang331 made 292rwhp with all bolt ons and vt stage 1's. I made 297rwhp with comp xe270's and all bolt ons. I think 315 to 320 is attainable with an extensive port job and stage 2 cams. (Warning)-----THIS WILL GET EXPENSIVE!!!!!!! I spent all that money on bolt ons and cams and only made 297 so now if youll notice in my sig I now have a blower. You will always want more power.
340, can be done but it is a stretch and requirea a bit more then the average set up. i also make 290rwhp na. if i added an intake it prob. take me to 300rwhp and i dont have pullys...dont like them. so there is a bit left with those.
to try to get to 340 you would have to get race ported stage 3 heads and custom race cams. yopu would need a built motor with high compression and maybe some other things. the average power for all the bolt ons and cams and heads is about 285-300 rwhp.
