I just thot I could get 125 hp with headers, 2.25" duals & CAI/Ram air w/K&N
out of this car.

Oh, well

Just want a lil more power & some noise

It's a stretch but 125 hp ( crank hp) isn't to hard to reach if you throw in a roller cam and do the long tube header instead of the short one. The 93' 2.3Ls had like 105-112 crank hp with the main differenc e being the roller cam. Then slap on a 50 shot nitrous bottle and you'll be around 150-175 :nice: Also delete the second Cat right by the exhaust manifold if you got one and do a full MotorCraft tune up for good messure :D

rite now, anyways
I want to do the ram air, too. For now, I'm going to get some kind of CAI and worry about my exhaust when I get the long tube in January ( ). After that I'll consider the Ram Air but will probably start thinking about brakes or wheels/tires with Spring coming.

A CAI is pretty simple to build for our cars. Jman's got it all layed out for ya if you haven't already seen this before.

Now I maybe selling some related parts here pretty soon that I bought for my 93' LX right befor I got my SVO to play with.

1) I got a set of NOS Koni lowering springs here pretty soon taht are still in the box. (These will lower the car I think 1 1/2" and is best used with a bump steer kit.)

2) A set of drilled/slotted/zinc coated rotors and some new calipers for a GT brake conersion on a 4cl stang.

3) 2 1/2" CatCo converter. (I was going to out this on my SVO but change my mind for a 3" system.

I'm sorry about the parts ad guys but this stuff just came to mind when I read this post :D
