i only put down 241rwhp and 280rwtq and i had x pipe, catback, cai, plenum/tb..... that is without a tune. so your numbers are fine unless mine were really low. i think you might see 290rwhp. not 300 though.

lvmustangt your numbers very high for the few mods you have.

Lucky me I guess some cars take mod really good and some don't. I am loving my SCT X cal 2 SF

The xe270's are a hot street cam.The 278's are not so much for the street(they have a very rough idle).

The xe270's would be better for a street car.
If your car is a track only car I would consider the xe278's.

They will work fine with a blower and you will see some great
numbers with the xe270's.What blower are you going with and
how much boost?

If you are running the 8 or 10 psi. pulley you should be fine on
a stock engine.The Comp ex270's have a noticable idle and will work with
the stock computer.It's a great mild street cam that will get you some
great gains if you have a Procharger in your future.

With the Comp ex270ah's
I would install new valve springs at the time you install the cams.The Comp
cams really don't have stage numbers.All the people I know how installed
the Comp ex270's or ex278's installed valve springs also.Any cam that has
a valve lift of .550 or more needs valve springs.The ex270ah's have a .550
valve lift by the way.

Your numbers are kinds of high for your mods probably
because you are 2200-2300 ft. above sea level being in Vegas.Considering
your mods I do belive you will see a 20-30 rwhp gain but, from what I have
seen all cars are different some gain more and some don't.If you are not installing the cams yourself make sure you have a reputable shop that knowns
what they are doing install your cams.Also your numbers will improve greatly
if you get a dyno tune right after the install.
