With my '96 GT current setup:

3:73 Gears and cat back MAC exhaust, I ran a 14.9 with a 2.18 60 FT. at 93 MPH.

What do you think I will run after my car returns from surgery:

Motorsport 70MM throttle body
Motorsport Plenum
Intake Spacer
Chip
MAC catted H pipe
Cold Air intake
180o thermostat.

Any guesses??

My 98 ran 14.437 with a 2.2 60'

I dont see why you dont get that close. I have less mods than you, by quite a bit

I ran a 14.4 stock. but I would think that you should be able to run some low 14's.

Can't comment on the times (too many variances) but I will say that you'd probably have better luck with: X-pipe (catted), pullies, C&L 80mm MAF, hotter tune, and Tri-Ax shifter. IMO for simple bolt-ons...

Is that place tuning it for you, or is it just an off the shelf chip?

i don't have any guesses for your time, but if you're going to get a plenum, don't get a spacer. most plenums have a built in spacer, & if you put both on, it seems to make most peoples car have some idle troubles

Update!! I just got back from the track after my mods:

Accufab 70MM Throttle body with plenum
80MM Mass Air Unit
Mac H pipe
Steeda underdrive pullies
custom tuned chip
160o thermostat

Best run: 14.512 sec. with 2.153 60Ft. at 96.09 MPH

Gained 4/10 and almost 4 MPH with those adders

I am having a new transmission, centerforce clutch, and fuel pump (need high RPM HP with the new setup) next week... I have worn syncros with those runs and a beat up clutch as well... Hopefully, we'll see 13's soon.. I also bought an extra long block to build. Stripping all internals and replacing with forged pistons and make the engine capable of handling 700 HP.. Then, heads, the S/C and spray.. I want 10's!!!!
