Roughly how much rear wheel horse and torque will you free up with, long tubes, open h, and cat back with sct tune?

Depends what you mean by "full exhaust". Shorties and mid pipe doesnt gain anything like what you get with longtubes. My SCT tune yielded 9rwhp thru an auto tranny.
Long tubes and mid-pipe may give you 15rwhp, so about 25rwhp for the set would be reasonable.

20 rwhp, 25 if your tuner is dank. But, there are lots of good gains beneath the peaks. The low to mid range torque increases will be nice too.

Keep in mind those will be PEAK gains. You may see more than 20-25hp gains in other areas across the RPM range.

Ya peak gains are nice but that's not everything that needs to be looked at when looking for HP.
