How much time do you spend working on your mustang a week?

A whole bunch of time... for the past 4 weeks it has been every second that I'm away from work. Hopefully that'll change soon since it is getting ready to be driven again, lol. Problem is I have a mile long list of performance parts I want... suddenly I'm obsessed with suspension and I need a good kit. Oh and I've been single for like... 2 years now because full time girlfriends are waayyyy too expensive.

It seems to me that he has his hobby and you happened into it. He is into a mindset and is committed to his work. Personally though, my girlfriend drives the Lightning and before that she drove my other Mark VII. I like to collect performance Fords and I can't drive all of them all of the time. :p I won't let anyone do anything to any of my cars and trucks. Her changing the oil? Never. She can bring me beers, and get tools(she is starting to learn what tools are in which drawer :nice: ), along with helping me to the sink when I get caustic chemicals in my eyes. :rlaugh:

Seems like he is trying to include you in what he is doing as a way of spending time together and bonding. If you haven't been together long I can understang why he wouldn't spend money on you. It comes with time. I just bought mine a laptop.

I probably spend an hour or two tinkering a week. If you can't get him away from the car then he is gay or has a sexual disfunction or you're not hot enough. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. It's unhealthy for your self esteem to even try to compete with a car. Find a normal hetero guy.

Buying parts for our rides is like you ladies buying shoes and purses.
I love it!!! Best responce yet. :D My wife has so many shoes that I had to build her a 3 tier rack the width of her closet to get all the shoes on it.

My Mustang parts collection (with the exeception of the TC rear axle) isn't nearly that big.
