How much to get catback and x-pipe welded

My damn x-pipe and cat-back have been getting hit hard bottoming out at my apartment complex. I have about 3-5 speed bumps to go through regularly depending on route. But I've messed with this exhaust repeatedly fixing the leaks after the last year in these apartments.

But anyway what do you guys think it would cost to get it welded up. I think theres 6-8 connections? Some where like Maxi Muffler or Midas.

You would still be hitting anyway, so welding wouldnt really help.
You could........Move to new apartment, or change your method of going
over the speed bumps..... like real slow at a slight angle. Or even raise
your suspension a bit, maybe with new poly isolators on top and bottem
of all 4 springs.
