how much tq can the frame take

where the best place to mount one.. I need to put a torque strap on.. I dont want to weld it in.. bolt on is my first choice..

I was driving with my hood off today.. long story dont ask.. But i got on it from a dead stop and i thought my motor was going to snap my mounts.. I dont think im making huge torque numbers..i think 367 @4500 at flywheel based on similar motors..

I would guess that a coupe has slightly more rigidity than a fastback due to the notch design of the c-pillar. It is us poor vert owners that have to really worry about body flex. I have a 4-point rollbar and GW subs welded in, as well as an export brace and monte carlo bar. My mill should be over 400 ft/lbs and I don't think I want to push it any further. Of course if I do manage to twist the old vert maybe I can talk the wife into letting me get that kit cobra after all :D
