From what I gather Seth, you're looking to get a better performing and better looking intake for your car. I got my intake from a 96 For Explorer V8 at a salvage yard for 150.00 It is essentially the same as a Ford Motorsport GT40 intake, except it isn't as exotic looking. If you want to get a decent intake for cheap, try for one of those. Also, Tmoss does porting work on stock uppers, and while I didn't use his service (which I may in the future), from what I read he does really great work. As far as the looks are concerned, you can either sand and polish the metal on an intake until it shines, like BlackFox5.0 did, and it looks spectacular, or you can go the lazy way like me and spray paint it silver. While it isn't as interesting, it does look good and took maybe 1/2 hour. There's some pictures at the link in my signature. Good luck in finding an intake that'll fit what you need!
