How much

I have a 05 GT. At this time it has a roushcharger with the higher boost pulley offered by roush and long tube headers, It also has an automatic trans. My question is how much power can the trans. and bottom end hold up to? Another question is I bought a set of motorsport 3.73 gears 2 years ago for my 94 GT and never used them will they work in the 05?
