how safe is a 100 shot on a 5.0

Has anybody had any luck with not blowing up their bottom end with a dry shot?
I would like to purchase a dry set up for my 95, but I am afraid that soon after I purchase it, I will be in the market for a new motor. Please give me some pointers. What do you guys think about the Zex set up.

I've run a 125 shot courtesy of the Zex dry kit for quite some time now with no problem.

Back off some timing, run colder plugs, gap them correctly, install the proper window switching and rpm based protection, and you can safely run a NOS forever.

There are all kinds of horror stories about the bottle but if done properly you can still have a safe, conservative tune and make great power for low dollars.

what is a neccessary size pump....I have been thinking of doing this, so when my pump went bad, i switched to a 190 lph pump...is that enough
