It's the TFS stage 2 going into my daily driven 331 stroker 94 mustang, how often will i need to service the valvetrain ( service what ) The AFR 185's have upgraded .600" lift comp cams springs, should this combo be ok for a good while??
Provided a good tune for idle and driveability that valve train will be fine with that cam. That cam has a decent centerline and not that much duration.
Ed is making me a .600"int/.573"exh lift cam for my daily driver. So if he thinks its ok... . Btw my AFR 185's have the 8032 spring package which is good to .600" lift. I think thats what you have right?

Wow, thats alot of lift, no the 185's that i bought came with regular springs but i bought a set of comp cams replacement springs that AFR recomended for me.
Then again, A LOT goes into how a cam drives that Troy touched on, i bet Ed could design a huge lift cam and get it to behave decently on the street compared to most off the shelf cams.
