What mods should i get to me competing with LS1s, we happen to have a bird infestation here in my town, i'd like it to be bird season all year long.

I got a PI cam and intake swap coming soon, and 3.73s on the way.

At least it's more erect and not floppy anymore.

Is there an exhaust setup that you would recommend? Yeah i was thinking going with a 125shot wet Zex brand. Now about a good tune, again what do you think i should get?

Prochamber for the mid pipe pipe, flows or mac for the back and a SCT for the tuner and the driver mod

theres a differance that beating and ls1 and being faster than one..

Im assuming you want to be faster than ls1s.

In order to do that you will need a pi swap, gears, bolt ons, tuner, and maybe more.

NPI is slow as hell stock.

I actually stayed right next to one just the other day. not to brag about street racing, but dude was talking ****. It was a ls1 trans am with exhaust and lid. My mods are in Sig other then the 3.73s I now have 4.10s. We went from about 10 to 100 mph and stayed neck and neck the whole way. I got no traction running bald 18's in 1st or 2nd. He was a 6spd and got traction. I also have a fubar tranny.

a 125 is more than enough to take down an ls1.

+1.

Not that there aren't 7857485748578943789347 threads/post about the subject anyways right. A stock GT will beat a LS1

Im sure it would be a close race but he should start walking away from you...especially in a 6 speed one.

They usually trap like 105 and run low 13s bone stock with the 6 speed.

Sorry man...you run high 13s at 101 mph where as he runs low 13s if not better at like 105...he cants drive if he didnt pull away from you.

my buddy with an auto LS1 with just exh, drop in air filter, gears, and tune ran a 12.8 in the 1/4. Pretty damn good for bolt ons.

Just make sure it isn't a bolt-on, H/C/I LS1 w/spray. You'll need at least 500rwhp to hang or beat those.

125 shot will be sufficient to beat a stock ls1.
