how to get rocker studs out??????

I have a set of E7TE heads that already have the crane stud mount conversion done on them. How do I get the studs out of the heads????

you can buy a special tool to do it or get 2 nuts that fit and screw them both on but not all the way down. then get a wrench and try to loosen the bottom nut. the upper nut will not let it turn anymore causing the whole stud to loosen up

The conversions I have seen that use the ARP studs un bolt.....

sure do, i was looking at summit and they did have a hex on it. somebody just put studs on it which won't hurt but it makes it harder to take off.
