Paint and Body How To Handle Rust?

There are a few spots under my finders that are showing "surface rust". A few are around weld spots for the door hinges. I want to get this addressed to prevent any future damage. Any suggestions as to how to treat these areas?

He may need better pics, you will have to pull the doors/fenders to address it anyways.

First off, pull your fenders off. Then post a few specific area pictures for us.

No matter how bad it is I can get you going on the repair. It's really hard to say from those pictures though.

Pulling a fender is really simple. If you have any questions about that, just holler at me.
