OK, im getting ready to change the outer weatherstrip/seal where the door glass meets the door on the outside. i can see how it is attached, but in the instructions, it says to remove the rubber bump stop that keeps the window from going down too far so u can lower the window below the door to gain access to this weatherstrip. my problem is i felt in the door and felt the bumper, but couldnt figure out how to remove it. thats kind of a blind area in there. i didnt want to try and rip it out in fear or ruining it or something. does anyone know how it comes out?
