Hey guys, my washer fluid won't spray and it's killing me to have this dirty ass windshield. Snow is EVIL!

Anyways, I need to remove the cowl and don't want to crack it as I was told it's $300 to replace. :-x What's the best way to go about popping this bad boy off?

You mention snow, so I assume it's cold there. Trim/panel remover tool is the way to go. Get it indoors where it can be warmer before you try prying/lifting it off. As you know, the colder it is, the more likely it will break.

with a panel removing tool (it's a plstic wdege type looking tool) and pry on it carefully thats what i do and i havent craked mine

I'm guessing this tool can be bought at any car shop? I usually just use flat heads, but I really don't want to crack this SOB.

Also, I haven't looked yet, but I'm assuming the hood needs to be up to remove this sucker.

Yea, that's why I'm thinking maybe I should just wait till the spring to fix this damn thing. I'd rather the $300 go towards my gears this spring, not a piece of plastic. :nice:

Thanks 4u2nv!
