How to remove PCV valve?!?!?!

Ok, I know it may sound like a stupid question but I HATE to remove thing that I doesn't know how to remove.... Do I only pull the valve??? Do I twist it, pry it, unscrew it?????? This is my problem: I have a little bit of oil (maybe 1 1/2 tablespoon) that leaked from the pcv valve to the rear hole where you bolt the valve cover!!! I know for sure that its coming from the pcv valve and I want to check if its stuck! But I don't want to break anything....(like breaking the valve in half....one in my hand and the other in the cam...).

BTW is it normal that the interior of the PCV hose is oily(<---not sure how to type this, i'm french(Quebec))???

Just grab it on each side and pull it straight up. Don't tug one way or the other, just pull straight up.

Yeah, it's normal for the hose to be oily.

Make sure you have the PCV valve, there is another one that is a vent, and then there is the PCV. The PCV literally pops right in and right out, the vent however seems like its stuck in.

I am pretty sure the newer model PCV's screw in and out.

And yes it's normal to see oil in there.. that means it's donig it's job, sucking oil contaminated air from the crankcase back in to the plenum to be burned.

but it's not normal to have oil leaking from it (even a little bit)?? Could it be the hose that is a little loose?

There's a little rubber gasket that sits between the PCV valve and the valve cover.. if that thing is ripped, deteriorated, etc.. it could be from that.
