I am going to look at a hood on weds. and the guy says the car had a full Cervinis body kit on it when he bought it. He says that he is not 100% sure but he thinks it is a Cervini hood. He said that it is made really well.. Let me know if there is a stamp or anything on it. It is a stormin Hood. Thanks Travis

Cervini's is actually located in practically the next town over from me. Me and my buddy drove there and got all the parts for his Cobra R. If you lift up his hood, it actually has the cervini's logo. But I dunno if it has it on all Cervini's parts.

I have a storman norman hood, unless they changed the mold at some point, it has a cervini's logo molded in on the finished underside.

The one I have seen had the Cervini's logo pressed into the underside of the hood. It was clearly large and visible. I don't see it on that hood. Don't consider my thoughts as 100% correct but I doubt its a Cervini's hood

From what I know Cervinis always put's there logo on the underside of the hood.
I know my 2.5" Mach 1 Cowl Hood has there logo on it. Best thing to do maybe is email Cervinis and ask them if they always put there logo on there products.

I say no on the hood. My hood said "Cervinis" by the hood latch, and it's a pretty big logo also, you can't miss it.

Thats not a cervini hood, or else it would have the logo molded into the inside, and the inside of your hood is not finished its all textured and ugly. Cervini's hoods have a smooth show room finish inside.

I thought all cervinis had a finsihed underside, unlike the one pictured. Buyer beware.

It seems that most of you guys have "newer" hoods with finished undersides...
Cervini's has been around for quite some time and in the early days they did not finish the underside of their hoods, so it could be an old Cervini's hood.
one thing that hasn't changer much are part numbers...
look for a part number that has been cast into the underside near the hood catch area it should be part#101 for the ram air hood...

The cervini hood in my friends mustang is 6 years old, and it has a finished underside and has the cervini logo. I had a mustang few years ago, same thing as well. I doubt its an ancient cervini hood. Just a no name cheap hood. I've seen many of these cheap type hoods...very bad quality.

I would say....

6 years ago is not that long ago.... I would say no thats not a Cervinis hood... Like someone else said take a look for a part number also..

Or just send the pic to Cervinis,,, or send them an e-mail asking some questions about the changes over the years... etc....

Good Luck

Again, thats not a cervini's hood. They have a finished underside, the cervini's logo, and reference marks for the ram air duct.

This is an old picture, but its dark so I can't take one now.

Mustang Cervinis Hood????

I went and looked at the hood this morning. It does not have a part number or Cervinis on it anywhere. It looks to be a good quality hood but I decided not to buy it because he wanted $300.00 for it. I only want a cervinis. My buddy has had his on his mustang for like 8 years and it still looks great. Thanks for all of your help. Travis

Cervinis older hoods did not have cervinis stamped on them they had a bucktag near the latch with the partnumber on it.
