How to uninstall rear seat belts??

How do I remove the rear seat belts, the inerta rolls ect... I am going to go digging around removing the plastic interior but thought it might be smarter to ask first.

Well if you have lap belts then they are under the bottom seat, if they are over the shoulder then they are in the plastic quarter panels of the hatch area.
