There was something in this month's Road and Track about it. Turns out it is an artsy-fartsy sculpture, supposed to be a play on the 50's era cars that had a big hood ornament sculptured like a woman. Notice how it's the opposite - a woman with a car hood ornament. Like most artsy things, it's weird. But I thought it looked kinda cool.
When I first saw it, I thought it was some kind of concept motorcycle type ride. But that would put the rider in a rather -interesting- position.
So the saying is "Damn thats ugly enough to be modern art"
That things not allowed on my hood.
I thought it was some sort of hovercraft as well.
