what is the percent of hp lost through the drivetrain in a 97 4.6 w/a 5 speed? what is the biggest tire u can fit on a 9 inch wheel? whats the biggest slick u can get under a mustang thats lowered 1.5" or 2"? thanks

well from my knowledge the drivetrain loss is around 10% depending on the tranny. A stock 97 5spd probably dynoes at around 200hp. You could probably fit a 285 on a 9 inch wheel, its not recommended to put slicks on with a stock rear end, thats a quick way to blow your rear end out...
