Spec parts are "good" but you don't need that much clutch.

IMO, FWIW, you should just get an OE clutch. Plenty of grip, lots of life, great driveability. FWIW, I've a "Luk" OE replacement clutch in mine and it's never had a problem behind 400+ HP and ft-lbs...

The factory flywheel is probably fine and could just use resurfacing.
 
would the spec stage 1 be feasible? Also the guy who had the car before me said when he replaced the last clutch they told him he needed a flywheel so i just kinda wanted to get it done, should i get a performance one or OE? Do you recommend 410's over 373's?
