Spec parts are "good" but you don't need that much clutch.
IMO, FWIW, you should just get an OE clutch. Plenty of grip, lots of life, great driveability. FWIW, I've a "Luk" OE replacement clutch in mine and it's never had a problem behind 400+ HP and ft-lbs...
The factory flywheel is probably fine and could just use resurfacing.
