In the November 2004 issue of 5.0 Mustang there is a stang on page 86 with HRE wheels. I found the style on their website, the 545R. The stang in the article has the 18x10s in the rear which are deep dished and look sooooo good. I'd love to have a set of these wheels but Im pretty sure they are like $1000 a wheel. Anybody know where these wheels can be found?

The wheels and tires would have a higher book value than my car...lol. I would just like to have a wheel that I dont see all the time and I really like those.

Shaun HRE's have been and I think always will be my favorite wheel, but as you now know they are hella expensive. I found them for $960 front, $1150 rear from http://www.wheelsboutique.com

They look really nice on the stang in the November 2004 issue!! But $1000 a wheel is out of my price range. Id rather have a stroker shortblock and new tranny.

I've always loved HREs and if I ever get rich, I'll buy a set for whatever I'm driving.

On the other hand, I recently realized that I could buy about 4 sets of wheels from someplace like AFS wheels for the price of 1 set from HRE.

we get an M3 that comes in with 20" hre's with 295/25/20 tires on the rear and i must say that they are the way to go if you have the means. his are 3pc with a pewter colored center, chrome lip, thin 5 spoke. i'm pretty sure that hre's are all custom order, meaning you give'em money down, they make them, you pay the rest and they ship'em. takes like two months.
